This is what will be booked for your first visit with me. I can then create a treatment plan for follow up treatments for specific health conditions and concerns. This is also for first time, one off de-stress and relax treatments.

NEPIP - NeuroEndoPsycholmmunoPody
This is an advanced Reflexology treatment effective in helping people suffering from stress and anxiety. NEPIP is the scientific, psychological study of the relationship between our Nervous, Endocrine and Immune Systems. These systems are accessed via the nerve endings on our feet. This specific Reflexology sequence is best done weekly to best support you.
Initial Treatment - please allow 60 minutes - £90
Subsequent Treatments - please allow 45 minutes - £80

What to expect
The first time you visit me, we will do a health and well being consultation. For the treatment, you will be comfortably lying down on a treatment bed, with bolster support under your ankles, feet bare. I will observe your feet - colour, temperature and texture can help me identify potential imbalanced in the body. I will then apply a organic foot balm and proceed with your reflexology treatment, applying direct pressure to the entire foot area. If you feel tenderness or sensitivity, it may indicate an imbalance in that particular reflex. After your treatment, many people feel relaxed or energised. You may also experience increased symptoms such as thirst, increased urinary and digestive movements, emotions or cold-like symptoms.
If I am supporting you for a specific concern, at least weekly or fortnightly treatments are best.
Who can't I treat
There are certain specific conditions whereby I unfortunately wont be able to treat you. These include infections, open wounds and injuries in feet, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), Blood Clotting, Unstable Heart Conditions, first trimester of pregnancy/high risk pregnancies, or under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
